Most people thought she'd get a pink cast~~ except Angie at church and her Aunt Misty.
Emily survived the weekend with her splint and was counting down until she got her cast. She not only got her favorite color purple but it's also waterproof. She just needs to stay in clean water- no lakes or ocean. That's not a problem! Wahoo! Now Jay can set the pool back up and she can enjoy her summer.
Dr. Rebecca, who loved the chair on wheels, is inspecting the cast.Here, we were just goofing off while waiting for the cast to dry.
And the best news of all, it'll be off before her birthday!

I like the cast color! It is amazing how far they have come with different cast colors and what you can still do with them on. Didn't you say Emily wanted a beach theme for her birthday? I guess she is happy she will have her cast off by her b-day. That is great.
