When I woke up "Castaway Cay Day", Emily and I went out on the balcony. We watched as the captain tried to dock the ship. The wind was making it difficult for something her does twice a week with ease. They anounced that he would try one more time before going back out to see. What?!?! Castaway Cay is the only reason we took this short cruise!
Thankfully, he was sucessful so we got dressed, had breakfast and headed out to the windy island.

All excursions were canceled. Most rented a bike and toured the island. 
We put the girls in their clubs on the island and headed over to Serenity Bay- an over 18 only area. It's the beach to the left of the food shack.

After we relaxed, talked and snoozed, we went to eat lunch at Cookie's BBQ and then got Emily out of club.
Here's what I saw! Not exactly sure what was going on but I do know that little boy was playing around and not really angry at Emily.

Rebecca was determined to make a sand mermaid but it was too cold by the water. We left before she completed it. There's always next time.

Jay and the girls headed straight to the hot tub while I went back to the room to change. This was waiting there for us.Once Jay talked to the Merchandise officer for the ship about the pins we were looking for, he hooked us up with these. And more as there were a couple other pins left from our friend Douglas.

The evening theme was Pirate night. The wait staff were dressed in their pirate get up as were many of the other cruisers. They do limbo with the kids between dinner and dessert.

After the party, Jay took Emily back to the room to go to bed as she can't stay up late. Actually, she had to leave early from where ever she was every night because she was too tired. I looked at the LONG line for the buffet if pirate themed food and decided that if I was hungry enough, I'd just go get ice cream or something. I took Rebecca to her club, the Oceanears Lab. Once Emily fell asleep, just moments later, Jay and I went down to see Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler. I was really unsure anout this movie but it turned out to be cute.
After the movie, I went to get Rebecca while Jay ordered room service. Not hungry but one of those things that you just have to do while cruising. Hey, it's free, so why not!
