We've continued on our busy streak. As long as God gives me the energy, I'm certainly not going to complain! I thought I would rest on Saturday after a week of NBT but Jay had other ideas. He wanted to sell some of his computers so we had a yard sale. I didn't put a lot out there since it was spur of the moment but we made a bit of money. Praise God! We plan on having another one before our vacation in Sept.
Yesterday was a typical Sunday with church in the morning and evening. After the evening service, we had a farewell party for the Foster's. They are moving to Kansas. He was a terrific music director. The person who takes his place has some mighty big shoes to fill.
Today, the girls and I got up early to clean and get a fresh start on our day. I ironed and did some laundry while the girls cleaned their bathroom and bedrooms. Now, they are both hard at work on schooling.
After running some errands, we are planning on going to Busch Gardens. Jay is going to get off work early, hopefully! Since the fourth of July is on a Wed. and we go to church on Wed. evenings, we are going to see fireworks tonight. I'm excited. I just love to see fireworks. There's something wonderful, magical, and patriotic about them. I'm glad B. G. is shooting them off 4 times this week so we don't have to miss out.
Well, I need to do some more housework and over see some learning. Until next time...
