Time with extended family

Jay's aunt, uncle, cousin and family are vacationing in Williamsburg this week from out of state. We hadn't seen them in forever and it was wonderful to spend some time with his extended family this weekend. Whereas I have a very small family, Jay actually has 8 aunts and uncles plus their spouses, with about 13 cousins and their children(second cousins to our girls). We just don't get to see many of them very often which is a real shame.

The girls met their second cousins, Dalton 6 and Corbin, almost 3 for the first time. Rebecca and Dalton hit it off from the very start. They played games until he broke out the DS. She doesn't have one and was very interested in his game. He was a great sport about sharing and showing her how to play the game. They were in their own world and excluded the others, including Emily. She's a loner and was ok with the situation.
Rebecca and Dalton acted like they have known each other all along. It was a good thing he didn't need person space because she was sitting all on top of him while playing the game. They hit it off so well that it's really a shame that they live in another state.
