UPWARD BASKETBALL 2011

Another year of basketball has come and gone.  We love watching Rebecca play and it is a thrill for me each and every time she makes a basket.  She has a love for the game, her teammates, and winning... which they did- each game!  Besides being undefeated 2 years in a row, the most important part of Upward is the devotion time during each practice and game.  During the course of the season, there were 72 or 78 - I forgot :/ - messages of God's saving grace given to each and every family member and fan sitting out on the bleachers.  There were 9 commitments made during the season.  Praise God, that is what the purpose of Upwards is for- to get the Word out to the community!

The awards at the end of the season is always a big deal.  Each year, they have great entertainment and this year was no different.  We had the Crevier family all the way from South Dakota.  They were amazing!
"Bruce Crevier is a "Four Time Guinness World Record Holder" for basketball spinning and has traveled all over the world performing and sharing a message of hope to this generation! You will be motivated and inspired!! Bruce and Diane and their family of 12 children use Basketballs, Unicycles, Music and Fun!!"
